个人简介:

陆文琴,南方科技大学研究助理教授。2015年本科毕业于西北农林科技大学,2020年博士毕业于西北农林科技大学,2021年加入南方科技大学生物系翟继先课题组从事博士后研究并工作至今。主要从事的研究领域有:基于长度长测序技术研究mRNA poly(A)尾长度调控机制;开发高通量单细胞多组学技术。近年来以第一或共同作者在Nature Plants, The Plant Cell, Molecular Plant, Molecular Plant Pathology等发表多篇高水平研究论文。

植物poly(A)尾长度调控机制;高通量单细胞多组学方法的研发。

•  2023 - 至今,南方科技大学生物系翟继先课题组研究助理教授;
