个人简介：

胡坚杨博士，南方科技大学医学院生物化学系研究助理教授，副研究员。于2020年博士毕业于香港城市大学，期间主要研究1）三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）特异性超级增强子对关键转录因子的调控；2）TCOF1蛋白调控三阴性乳腺癌的细胞干性。于香港城市大学进行博士后训练期间研究外泌体对三阴性乳腺癌转移的影响。2021年7月加入南方科技大学医学院洪鑫课题组，主要利用循环肿瘤细胞等模型研究肿瘤细胞的衰老、转移。研究的总体目标是为肿瘤的治疗提供潜在的药物靶点。目前已在 Nature communication，British Journal of Cancer，Biochemical Pharmacology等期刊发表13篇科技论文，总引用大于480，H-index为10。申请中国专利3项，美国专利2项。获国家自然科学基金青年项目，深圳市科创委-优秀科技创新人才培养项目（青年项目），中国博士后面上项目以及广东省海外博士后人才支持项目资助。
