刘俊国,南方科技大学讲席教授,环境科学与工程学院副院长,奥地利国际应用系统分析学会资深客座研究员,北京生态修复学会理事长。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才。享受国务院特殊津贴,入选英国皇家地理学会会士、英国皇家气象学会会士。曾获教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、深圳市“鹏城学者”特聘教授、深圳市国家级领军人才、深圳市海外高层次专业人才、深圳市南山区领航人才。

 

刘俊国教授长期从事水资源和全球变化、生态修复方面的科研和教学工作,在水资源时空演变、水质性缺水评价、全球环境变化和生态修复等方面取得了系统性创新成果。在《自然》、《科学》、《美国科学院院报》、《自然-气候变化》、《自然-可持续性》、《自然-通讯》等国内外刊物发表论文168篇,其中SCI收录138篇。以第一作者出版专著3部,译著1部。所发文章被引用7877余次(Google Scholar)。发表Science论文1篇(共同通讯作者),PNAS论文3篇(第一、通讯作者和共同作者),Nature论文1篇(共同作者),Nature子刊论文6篇;其中12篇论文入选全球ESI高被引论文。2018年当选为联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)第六次气候变化评估报告领衔作者,为“水资源”章节中国唯一作者。刘俊国教授创建了中国首个聚焦生态修复的省部级一级学会-北京生态修复学会,并担任首任和第二任理事长;创建了北京科协系统首个学会联合体-北京生态修复与环境保护联合体,并担任首任主席;是国际水足迹研究联盟的联合发起人。兼任联合国最佳水资源实践奖技术咨询委员会委员、联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)第六次评估报告(AR6)主要作者、国际水文科学协会中国委员会副主席、国际水文科学协会十年科学计划主要负责人、国际水文科学协会Panta Rhei 计划中国工作委员会副主席、中国自然资源学会资源生态研究专业委员会副主任、中国地理学会水文地理专业委员会副主任、中国科协海智计划专家、北京市科学技术协会常委等职。曾担任第9届国际生态服务伙伴关系年会主席、首届/第二届“水文知识创新和发展中国家实践”国际会议共同主席、国际SCI刊物Hydrology and Earth System SciencesJournal of Water and Climate Change的Editor。

 

2009年获欧洲地球科学联合会“杰出青年科学家奖”,为全球首位荣获此奖的水文学家和华人科学家。2010年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才”。2011年获ProSPER.Net-Scopus青年科学家奖及生物多样性与自然资源管理领域当年全球唯一冠军。2012年获中国科学报社第三届“青年科学之星”环境领域当年唯一金奖。2014年荣获“北京五四青年奖章”。2016年荣获国家杰出青年科学基金资助,为南方科技大学自主培养的首位“杰青”。2017年荣获国际恢复生态学学会“技术传播奖”,为当年全球唯一获奖者及该奖项成立以来首位获奖的中国科学家。2018年获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖 -“青年科学奖”、北京市科学技术奖二等奖,并入选英国皇家地理学会会士。2019年获中国青年科技奖、国务院特殊津贴,入选英国皇家气象学会会士。

 

主持国家自然科学基金国家杰出青年科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目、重大研究计划培育项目、国际合作研究项目以及科技部国家国际科技合作专项项目、林业公益性行业专项、北京市自然科学基金重点项目、北京科委科技计划项目课题等近20项。担任国家自然科学基金重大项目“黄土高原生态系统与水文相互作用机理研究”专家组成员。曾担任中国环境与发展国际合作委员会“中国环境与发展展望”课题中方专家、“生态系统服务与管理”课题中方技术专家。
