Dr. Liu Zhangcheng graduated from the Department of Electronic Science and Technology at Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2019 and obtained a dual doctoral degree from Tokushima University in Japan. In the same year, he joined the School of Materials at Xi'an Jiaotong University to work as a postdoctoral fellow. In October 2021, the postdoctoral fellow left and joined Honor Terminal Co., Ltd. I joined Shenzhen Hong Kong Microelectronics College in July 2023 as a research assistant professor. The main research areas are high-quality epitaxy, doping, power electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, photocatalysis of wide bandgap semiconductor diamond materials, as well as the heat dissipation combination of diamond in GaN HEMT devices.
Currently, 18 SCI papers have been published in IEEE Electron Device Letters, Applied Physics Letters, and other journals, including 10 first authors and 2 corresponding authors, with 12 authorized invention patents. Led/participated in 6 scientific research projects, including the China Postdoctoral Fund and the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Basic Research Program. Instructed the students to win the provincial silver medal of the 6th China International "Internet plus" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Shaanxi.
