From February 18 to 20, the inaugural academic conference of the China Computer Federation 218Club (CCF 218Club) took place in Hengqin, Zhuhai, Guangdong. This significant event, hosted by the CCF, saw the Southern University of Science and Technology as one of the co-organizers.
Bo TANG, Assistant Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SUSTech, led the proceedings as chair of the conference.
This conference featured two invited keynote reports, seven CCF 218Club member reports, and one corporate report.
During the opening ceremony, a handover marked the transfer of leadership within the CCF 218Club Executive Committee. As the Chairman of the First Executive Committee, Bo TANG presented the flag to Chao ZHANG of Tsinghua University, Chairman of the Second Executive Committee.
At the conclusion of the event, Hai JIN, Vice President of the CCF, and Peng CUI, Director of the CCF Youth Working Committee and a member of the CCF 218Club, presented certificates to conference partners.
The CCF 218Club is a project dedicated to fostering deeper understanding and interaction between its members through organizing academic engagements and industry-university-research exchanges. It aims to facilitate cross-platform academic collaboration and contribute to the advancement of research work.
