On January 18, the Institute for Integrity at the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) formalized a collaboration by signing a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) with the Institute for International Affairs, Qianhai (IIA) of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen).

The ceremony was attended by Wensheng YAO, University Council Vice-Chairperson, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Director of the Institute for Integrity at SUSTech, and Yongnian ZHENG, Professor at CUHK-Shenzhen and President of IIA, who signed the MoC on behalf of both parties, and marks the start of a strategic partnership between the two institutions.

The MoC outlines a comprehensive and in-depth collaboration framework, including conducting research projects, establishing a joint think tank platform, promoting research achievements, and strengthening academic exchanges.

Their partnership will also address anti-corruption research, aligning efforts to provide substantial intellectual support for advancing integrity in an effective and forward-thinking manner.

The signing ceremony was attended by over 40 guests, including researchers and staff from both SUSTech and CUHK-Shenzhen.
