Dear patrons:
Recently, when conducting routine equipment maintenance, library staff discovered that the CPU, memory and hard disks of three TVs in discussion rooms of Lynn Library were lost. The library hereby officially announces:
1. this is theft;
2. this is an act against the public interest.
Theft is an illegal behavior. All books and periodicals, facilities and equipment in the library are the property of the State. The library has the obligation to take actions against any act of such theft according to relevant regulations of the University, and serious offenses will be handed over to the police.
The library has contacted the school police office for further processing of the theft. The library hereby appeals to SUSTechers to abide by the law, report theft or intentional damage to the public property of the library, and jointly maintain the good learning environment that the library has formed.
