摘要 | Reactive molecular beam epitaxy has been employed to prepare La2-xSrxCuO4 cuprate films via a Co-deposition method. Precise control of flux ratios among the solid sources leads us to establish a very narrow growth window for the cation stoichiometry. The hole doping by divalent Sr2+ cation is found to occur in a substitution-limited manner, accompanied by partial oxidation of Sr flux into peroxide SrO2 on the top surface. Through interface engineering, we explore the impact of substrate strain on the crystal parameters and superconductivity of La2-xSrxCuO4 thin films. The present study provides a time-saving, effective approach to preparing high-quality cuprate films, and further understanding the effect of surface/interface microstructures on cuprate superconductivity. |
