Self-introduction:
Dr. Yu’s research work mainly focus on the structural and functional studies of the proteins involved in cell-ECM adhesion, intracellular trafficking and many neuronal diseases, by combining the powerful tools in biochemistry, biophysics and cell biology. The research results have been published on Cell, Molecular Cell etc, and Dr. Yu has been awarded Hong Kong Young Scientist Award in Life Science (2009)and the Peacock Plan (2014, Shenzhen)
